get some low-lights through out your hair. itsll make such a difference. but def go darker u dont have the skin tone for highlgihts thatd be blonde. if u really want highlgihts go with a copper color.

so a cut try something different then a side swopp wiht ur bangs 2 see ur facial structure.

and get more layers in the front.

Your hair looks lovely the way it is, dye will ruin it and dry it out then there's the roots to think about. why don't you get it thinned out abit to lift the "weight". If you really want to dye it try a semi permanent, that washes out maybe a few blonde bits to make it look "warmer" in the winter.
