( if u really know she/he would understand then tell me. No guesses pls)

You'd ask for "Long Layers" and bangs (if he/she wets the hair) to be cut to just below the eye, and textured slightly using thinning shears.... Layers, ... if done correctly the stylist will pull all your hair "Straight Up and at a 90 degree angle from the crown... up...... and follow that line all the way around..... and you'll get that cut when the hair is dry.... measuring the side from the cut at the bangs, and angled out from the ear out toward between the shoulder and corner of the eye on both sides....then follow that angle when the hair is pulled straight up....

When the hair is dry,,, it will look just like your singer fav.

AND Good Luck..... I've done lots and lots of these cuts...... They are fun to do and a really neat look.

Download a pic of it. You can easily find a pic of her in any teen magazine.

You can try to print a pic from your local library or school if they dont have to many filters.

and tell them that's what you want

okay one:

print out a picture of exactly what you want (ore more than one) search vannessa hudgens on photobucket or google images or whatever

two: make sure u tell her EXACTLY how you want it, like shoulder length and back a little shorter that part

three: make sure your hair cutter SEES the picture as he/she cuts it because i had that problem, i too ka picture to the hair cutter and they cut it WAY WAY different from it, the bangs weren't even exact, and the layers.. were barely layers. so please just make sure if you don't want a different hair cut than what you want, make sure your hair cutter sees the picture as they cut it
