From the picture, i reckon you have an 'oval' face.

Your best bet is to get some choppy layers. Get some styling gel and work it into your hair and twist some bits, flick it out.

Maybe even a choppy fringe (that wont cover your pretty eyes)?

If I were you,I would staighten out my hair line so you can see it then probaley go and get my hair cut like an inch then get layors.

It's cute now, but yes I agree, choppy layers would be good. Try straightening it maybe? Layers are great, they can be straight or relaxed. If you make them straight, flip your head upside down and spray it with hairspray, then flip up again and fix it so you don't look so nuts. It'll look great. I do it all the time, but my hair is much shorter.

Add bang (it sparks your face), change your hair color lighter or with some blond highlight to lighter your complexion. I think lighter tone color will compliment your beautiful blue eyes. Side layer also will help to refresh your face.
