Ok, well I am trying to grow it, but the wispy looking side will not go away and just seems to be getting worse and worse and not getting anywhere. It's been like that for MONTHS now. What on earth can I do to get rid of it?!

Unfortunately this is just naturally how your hair is... your best option is to either use a straightener on the "wispy" side, or blow dry it to match the other side. Yes, you will have to do this all the time.. no permanent solution!

so are both sides the same length?? If not, then go back to your stylist and have them correct it.
if they are both the sam legnth then try to re-style your hair to get both sides to match.

ITS DIFFERENT ON BOTH SIDES!!! you can go ahead and cut off the bad side...teehee...well, if you want my advice, i say you should just relax and forget about your hair. PEOPLE DOnT CARE. I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY HAIR! AND GUESS WHAT...its even worse than yours.
Use a straightner to straighten the wispy looking side down.. then it will match the good side.

you can keep that side nice and moist all the time and dont put much heat on it as the other side
the side you dont like looks texturized. also it looks as if whoever cut it didnt cut your hair in the style you part it. So when you went to part your hair it took from one of the sides and causes it to look shorter and more thin. I would go to a stylist and ask them to help you fix it, but make it clear which side you like and how you part your hair.

From the picture, i reckon you have an 'oval' face.
Your best bet is to get some choppy layers. Get some styling gel and work it into your hair and twist some bits, flick it out.
Maybe even a choppy fringe (that wont cover your pretty eyes)?
If I were you,I would staighten out my hair line so you can see it then probaley go and get my hair cut like an inch then get layors.
It's cute now, but yes I agree, choppy layers would be good. Try straightening it maybe? Layers are great, they can be straight or relaxed. If you make them straight, flip your head upside down and spray it with hairspray, then flip up again and fix it so you don't look so nuts. It'll look great. I do it all the time, but my hair is much shorter.
Add bang (it sparks your face), change your hair color lighter or with some blond highlight to lighter your complexion. I think lighter tone color will compliment your beautiful blue eyes. Side layer also will help to refresh your face.

My hair was like that once. It's a spiral perm.

Looks a tad more tight/kinky/poodleish for a couple weeks when you first get it done.

perm it, then let your hair air dry.
spray hair spray all over your head, and when it's almost dry, take a brush or comb and "shake" small amounts of your hair from the top to the bottom.

IF your hair is curly - take a brush and brush in the oposite direction that you usually would, die half your hair whitish/blonde and cut it in her style

you could hang onto a fork while you stick it into a light socket. you should also krimp your whole head, and make sure you use a lot of products that would help it stay. then dampen (not too much) your hair, blow dry it upside down, place the hair where you want it, then use AEROSOL hairspray, lots of it. don't comb through your hair, but kind of comb up ward, in short strokes. then spray some more, and make sure to tease and hairspray the roots of your hair. this will add lift. good luck!

Well it depends on how long it took your hair to grow to the length it is now. I would love to experiment with my hair length but it grows unbelievably slow. I think your long hair looks amazing but I know it probably gets boring. You could try another color if you want a different look.

Just Have A littlle bit cut off, and ask for you hairdresser to shape it round your face, thats wht i had, and i like it alot.
Maybe yu could get a side fringe, that would look good on you.

I think the braids is nice.But i suggest you should braid it backwards instead of letting it fall on your face.If you dont exactly know what I'm reffering to...I'm suggesting a Romeo look...as in the guy from Honey.

dark brown or black, just keep your natural color, and ty it back. I guess that would work best. you look like you're afraid or not too selfconfident. Don't be insecure, just put a smile on your face and feel confidence growing inside you.
